Chile colorado was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of heat but not too spicy. Portion was good and fulfilling one of my new favorite items from here. All of it is good.

Food for the value was good. Chicken was well seasoned and thinly sliced. Tortillas were nice and soft.
Cheese dip was much smaller than expected. it was maybe a 3-4 ounce cup. Think about twice the size of a nacho cheese cup from Taco bell. not very much at all for $5.
other than that, no complaints.
Drink was a good size.

Last time we ordered from Pancho Villas I ordered the Soft Grilled Steak Tacos Supreme because I like the lettuce and tomatoes that come on the Supreme tacos but they were so smothered in sour cream I could hardly stomach to eat them. So, this time I ordered them again and requested NO SOUR CREAM. This time I had a little bit of steak, mostly lettuce and NOT A TOMATO one to be found on any of my tacos. Not only that but I ordered THREE orders of chips and salsa because for some strange unknown reason when you order cheese dip it comes WITHOUT chips (I guess you're supposed to eat the dip with your fingers!) but only two orders of chips and salsa were delivered. I guess from now on we'll be ordering from Famosos. They cost a little more but at least my order comes out right!!

I absolutely love the Pollo con crema. Perfect portions and fresh ingredients were cooked to excellence. I would positively order this again.

I'm new to Albemarle and my roommates and I tried Pancho Villa tonight. They had tried it once two years ago when they moved to Albemarle and didn't like it at all. Tonight they said it was excellent.
I really liked my A.C.P but not the side order of Beans. The ACP chicken was seasoned deliciously and there was a good amount of cheese and rice. The beans had a strange spice or additive that some may like but I did not.
My friends ordered the Nachos Especial - Full Order and a large side order of Cheese Dip to share between them. They really enjoyed it. They say they have no negative feedback to give.
We will order from them again. Deducting one star for the weird beans and the fact that their menu had a ton of items with no descriptions. We didn't feel like we could order them with any confidence of knowing what we would get.
