We absolutely love this place! Their bagels are always so fresh and tasty! The cream cheese is heavely. If you have not tried yet, just try! You will never regret and go back before you know. Your new favorite bagel shop in NYC!

My expensive Bagel with Fresh Lox & Cream Cheese did not come with LOX and it was BURNT. I tried to call the store and they would not pick up. I should have stuck with Brooklyn Bagel.

Only because their bialys aren't really bialys. They're huge and tasteless. Bialys are smaller and supposed to take like English muffins when toasted with butter and these don't. They just basically less tasty bagels.
