Idk if this a franchise but what happened? The western bacon burger has onion rings and bacon on it which is the whole appeal to the burger. They had some mediocre onion ring replacement and the bacon was cold. If I'm paying $25+ for a combo. I expect higher standards.

the bun of the burger was soaking wet. I threw it out because I didn't know what it was. it also smelled off. absolute waste of money

the sprite tastes watered down. The dispenser probably needs to be re calibrated. everything else tastes great though!
