We ordered the BYOB and the Sweet Potato Fries. The burger was the same as we've had before, but the Sweet Potato Fries were new and OUTSTANDING! The dipping sauce with the the fries was truly out of this world and we were tempted to place another order for more of the fries. We will definitely be having these again!

Chicken was not fresh or battered at all. I paid $56 for very low quality food. Chicken tasted old and freezer burned. The Trilogy was good but way way smaller portion than the picture. The Garlic Parm Fries barely had garlic or oil or cheese. Basically plain with a pinch of Parmesan. Save your money, otherwise enjoy the taste of disappointment

We were so looking forward to our burgers and all around was a disappointing meal. Never received communication from driver that food was delivered. (Usually receive a call or text). My boyfriend wanted the fries with chives, so got the ones that have mambo sauce, ranch and chives. Unfortunately, it had neither the ranch nor chives. I order my Wicked Hot Burger no bun, Medium Rare and was cooked Medium Well. Sadly, you cannot uncook it and almost ordered it rare for this reason. My boyfriend got the Green Monstah Burger and subbed a smash burger, because unlike me, he does NOT like any pink in his burger. Instead, he got the regular burger which was more like medium to medium rare-Aka way too much pink for him. For a $70 meal after fees and delivery tip, it's pretty disappointing to have items not prepared correctly and no recourse, because of you out in a complaint withDoorDash, the consumer becomes the problem, not the establishment that provided the goods. I still gave three stars because on the whole, have liked going to BBC and maybe it's just a to go issue and dont want to give a trash rating, but also feel it needs to be communicated. -

Ordered delivery, green monstah burger had barely any guacamole on it. Literally the smallest amount. There was nothing king-like about the king frappe. For 14 dollars it at least could have been bigger than a child's lemonade cup. Food was good, small portions for the prices. Maybe they are better in store vs delivery. Meh...

I’m really disappointed this time. The fig jam didn’t come at all, and the other ingredients like prosciutto, goat cheese, and candied walnuts were barely there — I could hardly taste or see them. The sandwich arrived completely cold too, probably because the driver made several deliveries before mine. Definitely not worth $25.
