Normally never have a complain from this dunkin but I ordered a frozen coffee chiller with two pumps caramel.  I received an iced coffee with no cream and no flavor 
Also egg was burnt around the edges on my sandwhich 
No straw or napkins were in bag 
Please just pay attention to the orders before sending them out

The last three times I've ordered from this Dunkin , my drink was wrong twice ..  donuts were stale and today my eggs were missing that I ordered for my niece ..  one time even , I ordered a half dozen donuts for my job and they were put sideways in a bag so all the donuts were smashed  .. pay attention

Love in a cup. Americano was hot, creamy and the dasher was friendly. I'm sick (chronically ill) and going through a hard time.  I splurged to treat myself and I’m so glad I did. Thank you!

food tastes good but almost every time i order a donut they package it where 90% of the frosting is taken off from being in the bag. the donut was pushed up against the side of the bag. very annoying.
