This cheese pizza was the shizzznit. The mojos were cooked to perfection. I almost drove there to tell every worker thank you.

The pizzas were delish. I am a long time cusof Shakeys. However, the popular mojo potatoes have been recirculated. They are not thick sliced potatoes anymore. The breading has changed too. And they are saltier. Really Shakeys? You thought no one was going to notice huh. Okay.

some of the chicken was really crispy and some pieces were somewhat small
when we first ate shakeys chicken it was very delicious and we kept ordering but lately size and taste has been inconsistent. sorry I don't like to complain but maybe in the future the chicken will look like the picture.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza with Bacon, a Breast and a Wing and Mojo's - the PCM® for One. As you can see, this Pizza.... the Bacon is Burnt, Party Wings in place of the Breast and Wing and no Mojo's. This is completely unacceptable. I'm not sure if this was someone else order placed in my bag because the bag was completely sealed with my receipt and everything that I ordered on it, but the items were burnt, incorrect and missing. I did call the manager to let him know - he did apologize and tell me that Doordash would refund me, however I did let him know they need to be very thorough in making certain that they get the right orders in the right items in the bag and to also not put bacon on until the last minute because if they're doing a quality check this should never have been sent out like this.
