WOW! There are a LOT of ramen places in LA, and most of them are good, but few reach the levels of awesomeness that this place does. Perfect fried rice, rich broth that isn't too heavy, perfect chewy noodles, beautiful soft-centered flavored egg... this is my go-to for ramen, now.

Underserved. Unimpressive. The broth was flavorful, but the noodles seemed straight out of a maruchan stir fry pack. Minimal toppings. I was digging through the broth just to find anything. Inexcusably inauthentic and underwhelming.

I'm always on the lookout for good vegan ramen because some places will just serve you steamed veggies in salty hot water but Hippie Ramen at Tatsu is always super flavorful, delicious ingredients with a rich broth that is filling and delicious! I'm grateful for thesolid vegan option 100%

Amazing! All of the flavors were great, the broth was delicious and with the right amount of spice. Open late so bonus points for that as well!! Overall excellent! :)

Okay I absolutely love this ramen. It is incredible. So good. But when I tell you that you pay $19 for two deli slices of chicken- it's an actual joke. I don't mind paying for good food, but come on, atleast add a full portion of chicken.
