Locanda Positano didn't just deliver food, they delivered a culinary sonnet. Succulent Branzino, luxurious lobster ravioli, and the velvety sweetness of Cannolo Siciliano all spoke to the chef's artistry. An unforgettable dining experience, right at home. Bravo, Locanda Positano!

• 11/21/24The Strozzapeti was delicious but I was a bit disappointed in the serving size compared to the price. The to-go container was filled about halfway.
Similarly with the lobster ravioli, not filled to the top and came with two shrimp. It was good but for the price we wouldn’t jump to order it again.
If you are looking for great pasta for a great price - maybe not the best choice in this economy. If you’re craving pasta, you’ll have your craving satisfied. If you're really hungry I recommend adding more protein to both dishes.

• 2/25/22Overpriced and salty.
Today I have ordered Lasagna and Carbonara. Both of them were extremely salty and no good at all. Usually tons of salt is added when ingredients are no good to mask it. Not sure if this is the case here. I was not able to finish any since it was just horrible.
The price itself is noticeably higher compare to other similar places and the dish size is noticeably smaller.
I do not recommend this place

• 7/6/23All of the pastas are wonderful here, but the lasagna is the star! So delicious and flavorful. The carbonara is also fantastic. The branzino is also not to be missed- be sure to ask for the peppers on the side. The staff is so welcoming and friendly- Locanada is a little piece of Italy in the East Bay.

• 10/10/25Decent food, high price, and they dont include or have any type of bread. Did not see the value here at this price point.The Souffle al Cioccolato was the size of a silver dollar. My 2yo and 4yo didnt have enough pizza to eat. Is this the best italian option you can find?
