Lanzhou Beef Soup Noodles 兰州牛肉面 is a generous size; enough broth and noodles for two with a more modest portion of very tender, very thin sliced beef. Broth is savoury and fragrant with a hint of black pepper and numbing spices. Knife cut noodles are tender and come in a separate container. A handful of chopped scallion and cilantro adds freshness, and the accompanying chili oil lets you control the heat.

The Spicy Salted Fish 椒盐鱼片 was very tasty and a generous portion but lost its crispness sealed up with the steaming onions and chilies - next time we should ask for veg on the side and a vented box.
First time trying 3-Vegetables dish; it was OK but a bit stodgy, would prefer more eggplants and less potato (other folks might disagree.)
Spring Rolls (4 Pc) 春卷（4个） are reliably crisp and savoury and come with 2 packets of plum-style sauce.
The side of plain rice was generous.

Eat here! Get those spicy noodles and dumplings. The noodles are fresh and hand pulled! They give you tons of food, you could share one bowl. We ate here twice while staying in Vancouver. Fresh, hot and delicious.

Numbing spicy maps tofu is great, has actual numbing. All the food here is delicious. The size of rice in the photo is the large size
