I ordered Charbroiled Chicken Club™ Sandwich Combo with No Tomatos (Allergic). Instead I got a barbecue chicken sandwich with tomatoes on it, and the french fries were undercooked

2nd time ordering from This Carl's jr. Both times have been disappointing. My Charbroiled Chicken Club™ Sandwich Combo was not Prepared properly. Ot also came with No Straw or any Napkins. It's the Simple things that can make a difference
