This might be our new favorite sushi spot in Parker. The quality of the ingredients is phenomenal, the seafood is fresh and well-cooked/prepared. The rolls are massive and they dont skimp on the amount of meat on top of the rolls, so I really feel like I'm getting full value for my money, which I can't say for many other sushi spots. We ordered the Phoenix Roll (8), Rock N Roll (8), and Volcano Roll (8) and enjoyed them all. The picture is from after we finished eating and had condensed the food for leftovers, not how the food was delivered. Also the Gyoza was homemade and perfectly seasoned, not the usual frozen and reheated garbage - and, once again, sold for a super reasonable price. Best gyoza in town by a mile!!

Junz has been my go to for sushi since they opened in Parker many years ago. It’s always fresh, consistent and absolutely delicious. My favorites are the Shrimp Tempura Roll (5), Agedashi Tofu and Yellowtail Collar (Hamachi Kama), but everything is delicious.

recommend UnagiHamachi
NOT the Rock N Roll (8) ! absolutely WASTE of money, the roll had A LOT of the cheap fake crab in it. I threw away the "crab" & ate the rest.
The unagi was great the Hamachi was FANTASTIC!
I will not order any fancy rolls here again.

Best California rolls in the area! Fresh, good size, and tasty for a good price! Definitely my go to sushi restaurant.

Caterpillar Roll (8)- tasted super fishy due to eel being stuffed and absorbed by rice.
Spicy Edamame- did not have enough sauce and was barely steamed.
Crunch Roll (8)- was soggy and just ekk!
Would not plan on coming again- last resort sushi spot. It used to be top quality. Rolls fall apart and are poorly made.
