The Ramen is NOT ramen. The broth was all wrong with some sort of vinegary taste to it and yuck. No idea what the meat was but it was DEFINITELY NOT pork belly. Cuts on the Sashimi Appetizer (6 pieces) was weird and the fish was not that fresh. Also, when they packed it up, the ginger and wasabi were touching the wahoo, which started cooking the fish by the acid. Will NOT EVER go here or get food from here again. And now I'm hungry still.

the Seared Ahi Tuna was tender and flavorful and the I see Ribeye was well cooked tender, and juicy.
