I order often and it's usually pretty good, not this time. All the food was cold, there was little hash and it was over cooked, and the potatoes were also over cooked and dry.

I ordered a side of toast with my breakfast and it was missing!! And I ordered a side of breakfast potatoes which I paid for and it was not packaged!!
It's very disappointing when you choose to trust the staff to do something correct by following the list of items ordered!! Even added an extra tip on when ordered.

The eggs were okay, but the bacon was undercooked. And also the toast never arrived. And the "hot chocolate" is just hot water with te chocolate powder added.
