Ordered here several times before. Today was the worst. Quarter pounder was burnt, the meat and the bun and it was cold. The fries also tasted off like they were fried in bad oil. Not going to order here anymore. Too inconsistent and unpredictable.

Ordered two Steak Egg Cheese Bagel and the steak was burnt to a crisp on both sides, dry rubber! Ordered both without egg and they put egg which is fine , but overcooked to the fullest , waste of money

Ranch snack wrap was poorly wrapped and covered in oil. I was also given a diet dr.pepper instead of a large Coke.

Recently my food has been fresh hot and good everytime. All my sauces are always there and there are plenty of napkins. Perfect

The fries in both my orders were old. I had ordered a deluxe Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe Meal, and it had no lettuce tomato just ketchup and mayo very disappointing. Wouldn't order again. I would order something less complicated so my order can be right.
