Holy fishhooks, Batman! I wish I'd tried Capt. D's before trying their competitors' restaurant a week ago! Capt D.'s fish was firm and crispy with a wonderful flavoring, the coleslaw was quite delicious,
nice and cool and only the tintiest bit of dry, so I added a little ranch dressing, and that helped. i almost died when I ate the red velvet cake cheesecake.

Tiny finger sized pieces of fish that were so over done the texture was rubbery and like chicken. Downsizing your fish that much is ridiculous and such a rip-off!

I asked for cheese on sandwich and didn't get it and there was way too much tartar sauce, and I ordered large okra and I received barely a small :(, very disappointed I've ordered before and usually pleased with my meal :(

3 Piece Catfish Meal tasted heavily fishy and quite bad. 3 Piece Batter Dipped Fish Meal fish was covered in burnt black bits looks like a really dirty fryer was used. Usually we love this place but tonight was a huge disappointment.

The food was extremely mediocre. I expected the food to have more flavor. It served its purpose but basically nothing stood out. The macaroni was bland and noodles were too mushy. The chicken had no seasonings that made enjoy the 4 Piece Chicken Meal. Maybe the fish is better.
