The food was great as always! I got the 3 piece chicken meal with all white meat. The meat was tender and flavorful. I love their house salsa! They didn't give me the amount I asked for, but they gave a close enough amount this time. One time, I ordered from here and they gave me 0 salsas when I asked for 10 of them. I usually try calling to see if I can talk to someone about the salsa before it's picked up, but it's extremely rare for the to answer the phone. I find this absolutely rude! There are several stores on Doordash that don't answer their phones. El Pollo Loco is one, Subway another and 7/11 is yet another one. It's totally ridiculous! It's horrible customer service. Well, at least the food was good. Lol!

chicken skin was pale, chicken itself was dry and tasted old, the corn was old and dry, the pieces were very small, won't try again

HIGHLY Recommended if you don't want to risk some random ghost kitchen shenanigans and this location is currently under new management which shows because it's definitely an improvement from before. Will definitely be ordering again!

Worst meal ive ever had from pollo loco. Cbicken was super dry like it was sitting all day. Order was incorrect. Dasher was sweet but this pollo loco was terrible.
