the ice cream scoop i got was super good. the root beer float is not prepared. you have to make it yourself. they give you the sealed bottle and a cup with the ice cream. honestly i like this way better is way more filling and fresh.

4 waffle cones came poorly packaged jam packed in with the 3 pints of ice cream I ordered. Cones were kind of expensive and ended up being crushed chips on delivery.

Ice cream was great. They didn't have the ube brownie I ordered so they made a substitution to dark matter brownie without asking me first which I would of appreciated if they did but I enjoyed the dark matter brownie and mint monster. They included a hand written apology note so they're forgiven. The vegan chocolate chip was pretty good too but probably wouldnt order again.

their does not look like the Cookie Monster, Strawberry iced cream nor the Ube. Disappointed! That was the whole reason why I even got the triple scoops because of the flavors not one is like the picture or what it says.
