This dish is my new favorite. The cream sauce is similar to an Alfredo but not as thick and more garlic forward. The spinach and mushrooms are a great addition. The portion size is amazing. I was able to split this into 2-3 meals. The amount of chicken was amazing. Definitely worth the money spent and will be ordering again.

Chicken carbonara is creamy and flavorful. Generous portion size. Garlic bread is chewy, fresh, and perfectly salted. We rarely order Italian but always get it here, and it's always high quality no matter when we order it.

I have ordered the Adriatic Salad multiple times, and it has been consistently delicious every time! The portions are very generous, and their bread is to die for. I could eat this food every day and never get tired of it. The quality is unsurpassed! The Adriatic Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants in Houston!

 Adriana, Cafe is always consistent and very easy to work with. The group order function is fantastic. The lasagna was extremely tasty and the calamari was crisp even at delivery. Strongly recommend this as a great option in the future.

the food was phenomenal 😋. The Alex Special has 2 large grilled chicken breast. They were so juicy and the flavor of this dish was amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant.
