• 6/23/23the order was completely wrong; BOTH TIMES. BURGERS WERE OLD AND SIMPLY A MESS; FRIES WERE OLD, HALF OF THEM BURNED; ONION RINGS WERE NOT FRESH, SEMI-WARM. MED STRAWBERRY SHAKE WAS HALF SODA SLURPEE, A FEW STRAWBERRIES, AND HALF SCOOP OF VANILLA ICE CREAM SITTING ON TOP. THE LARGE VANILLA SHAKES WERE JUST O.K. THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST FOOD I HAVE *EVER* GOTTEN FROM SONIC IN *YEARS*!! A COMPLETE WASTE OF $63.00!! DINNER WAS RUINED!!! ENDED UP PAYING OUT OVER $50.00 TO ZAXBYS WHICH WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED. SONIC HAS GOT TO DO BETTER!!!!!!

• 9/4/26ordered 2 SONIC Blasts® , which is ice cream w candies added & blended. This is my third & final attempt to get a Blast. the last 2 were missing the "add-ins". This one was a 1/2 cup full of candies, but there was NO icecream, just cream. so i had ice cream MIX, not icecream!!! These things are not cheap & not complex recipes. ICE CREAM IN CUP, ADD candies & put a lid on it. I DEFINITELY do not recommend sonic on north hills street.

• 5/1/25Normally the food here is good, but this last order the quality was very poor. The chicken sandwich was soggy, with wilted yellowing lettuceand way too much mayo, the poppers were obviously burned, and the sonic blast came without a sticker covering the opening and looked like someone jabbed something into the center of it. Very disappointed in this order.

• 11/4/25I tried the Sonic Smasher burger, and honestly, it just wasn’t as good as I expected. The flavor was a bit off — the patty didn’t have that fresh, juicy taste, and the toppings seemed thrown together. It looked good in the photo, but the actual burger was kind of soggy and lacked seasoning. Not the worst meal I’ve had, but definitely not something I’d order again. The portion size is fine, because I'm not a big eater.
