• 4/27/22the white meat chicken was overcooked. the French fries which are THE BEST were refried a second time. Both chicken and fries ended up in the garbage can. the reason I didn't give Church's Chicken in Lumberton one star was because of the awesome manager.

• 2/25/26they never fill the fry bag and expect 10 fries to be enough. no reason for a big bag for a handful of fries.

• 12/28/25chicken was dry, old and did not taste great. biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy were the highlight of this meal. kfc is the better option.

• 6/4/22It's not their fault it's just the chicken is always greasy and had no flavor, so it's more towards the corporation than anything.
