Never had them before but heard great things. Now I know for myself why people speak on them like they do. EVERYTHING I had was GREAT!! I personally ordered the hot links and fries, but my kids tried the chicken and ribs and it was just as good. I love the sauce and all of the meat was flavorful and cooked to our preferences. It is a little pricey, but they do give you a nice amount for your buck. I will be back for more!!

These links are HORRIBLE. Burnt and tiny. Wilma's in Dolton is not very good. I usually leave a note that my food should not come from Dolton. I don't even live near Dolton. The other Wilma's is better & 10mins away.

The ribs were completely unacceptable for the following reasons:
No Meat: The tips had absolutely no meat on them whatsoever. There wasn't even any gristle—it was just bone drowned in sauce.
Overcooked and Hard: Everything was completely dried out and rock-hard. It was impossible to even tell the difference between the meat and the bones.
I expected a much higher quality meal and unfortunately could not eat most of what I ordered. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve their kitchen quality control. $30 wasted plus tip

Rib tips were tender and had great flavor. The Mac and cheese was cheesy and cooked well. Portion sizes were amazing; I had enough for leftovers
