โข 12/28/24that was soooo good!!! everything was fresh. Medium Fresh Salsa and Extra Side Pico and the Medium Hatch Queso soooo good and the Build-a-Dilla - Regular was ๐! Gorilla Chips amazing and everything came on side which is appreciated ๐

โข 9/20/24So the Lone Star - Gorilla quesadilla tasted excellent, however it was nothing like the pictures. VERY thin with almost no meat or other ingredients. The jalapeรฑo ranch was spectacular. The chips were very well seasoned and crispy, primo queso was absolutely delicious but the salsa had no kick at all, almost like chunky marinara sauce rather than traditional Mexican salsa. Overall, ok, but nowhere near worth the price.

โข 8/15/25I just moved to Texas from Arkansas bout a couples ago and I got to say that I most definitely am loving the food here. Dilla's is most definitely the spot to choose if you want a fresh good crispy crust on your quesadilla. They have variety of choices to choose from. I tried the Fluffy - Regular and I swear I'm in love all over again. Its perfect for me and it taste delicious. Trust me for Quesadillas please I REPEAT PLEASE go to Dilla's Quesadillas. If you drink Tea like me there Gallon Sweet Tea is where its at. I didn't order a gallon for nothing. Trust you want go wrong with Dilla's because they have other food choices as well like Nachos and Loaded Fries.

โข 7/12/26Not very much cheese for a quesadilla. I would purchase two smaller ones that are folded before I purchase another large. It completely fell apart while I was trying to eat it. You'll need a fork at some point.

โข 1/18/26The quesadilla was kind of pathetic. Barely any cheese. It was mostly an empty tortilla.They were out of stock of a whole quesadilla even though we ordered 2 chicken quesadillas. How one was out of stock, but the other wasn't is confusing.They also forgot to put the sour cream with the order that was added. The pico was flavorless.
