• 7/16/26Tonight I ordered my normal Bowl Shrimp Etouffee. I was so excited to eat it. I got it and dumped it into my bowl. The amount is the same as when I order a cup, which is very disappointing.
The rice was dried out and crunch, burned in some areas(the dark pieces). The Etouffee is so over cooked and the seasoning is off. They made the roux to dark, it reminds me of chili not etouffee. It's truly not edible I have tried 3 bites just to try and not waste it but just can't do it.

• 4/21/26The rice I received was hard for both the Bowl Charlie's Seafood Gumbo and Bowl Shrimp Etouffee. The portions are very small and I can't tell if there's any point in getting a bowl over a cup with half filled containers. I'll pass next time. Good flavor though

• 8/28/25Fish wasn't properly cooked. Half the order was raw in the middle, slimy, and had a strong fishy taste. Had the exact same problem last time which is why we haven't ordered in several months. Used to be good food but $26 for this is a joke. Not sure I'll be back.
