Ordered the Jerk Turkey sub, added banana peppers and mixed peppers. The bread was soft but there was no jerk flavor to the sandwich, the pepper Jack (at least what little was on it) was flavorless and barely any peppers were added to the sandwich. I also ordered a large Cajun fry and didn't receive them.

The sub is great size and the bread was soft but I was really disappointed the jerk turkey didn't have any jerk flavor to it. I added peppers and banana peppers and there was barely any.

This was my first introduction to Firehouse Subs. I ordered a Hook & Ladder.® it had a much better ratio of bread to meat. No part of the sandwich was overpowering and it all complimented each ingredient well. Full disclosure: I did remove the mayo. All in all very good!

I ordered the food, but it arrived soggy bread and the lettuce was extremely old and sour. To make matters worse, the brownie was dry and didn’t resemble a brownie at all. It was almost like eating a dry piece of cake.

The Gluten free sandwich bread wasn't bad at all. I've had some amazing GF bread that you couldn't tell was GF but sometimes I'm relieved when I can tell it's gluten free. Still really good! Not sandy and didn't crumble.
