Buying sushi in a landlocked state is usually a bad idea but if you're having that craving, Sushi Bar has the best in town. The gyoza is deep fried which isn't traditional but is very good. Unfortunately their gyoza sauce is mostly soy sauce but it's not a deal breaker. Stick with the classic sushi and sashimi and you won't get better in Bloomington.

These sushi rolls taste ok but their portion sizes are TINY. Like how is 1 entire Shrimp Tempura Roll 4 inches long? I bought 3 rolls, they're in a standard small size sushi box, and there's easily enough space for a 4th roll in there.

The wasabi roll was a winner. The blackened tuna roll was tasty and fresh. The toro was a fun addition. It was my first time having fatty tuna so I don't have a comparison but it tasted fresh. You also can't go wrong with gyoza.
