Pizza was burnt, not just a little char, completely dried out crust, obviously had been reheated several times, portions of the crust was black all the way through the cheese. Delivered cold, and in too small a box. Pizza was literally folded over 1/3 of the way to fit.

I love Arinells but the last pizza was way too much olive and not enough mushrooms..other than that this is the best pizza
