Fries are always cold and undercooked…burgers are warm not hot..I live a mile away. The Berkeley Hts. McDonald’s is way better, fries are hot and crispy and burgers are done to perfection…too far away..I order when in the area.

French Fries were really stale and gross. The 3 Pack Of Cookies was also stale... do not recommend. The only good thing was the nuggets and those were ALSO stale

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. Didnt taste like any Quarter Pounde® with Cheese Deluxe Meal i have had. The meat did not look or taste like regular meat! Gross

My shake came tipped over in the bag so my food was covered in vanilla shake and there was a large fry missing
