The southwest salad was unsatisfactory. It featured soggy lettuce, elongated pieces with stems, and an assortment of toppings that deviated from the standard offerings. Customers expect cold and fresh salads, not those that are limp and unappetizing. The salad should be portioned into smaller pieces, and stems should be removed. Additionally, the chicken was absent. I trust that this constructive criticism will be taken into consideration.

I don't know how they do it but they are the fastest delivery on Door Dash. They get it to me within 15 to 20 minutes every single time. The Lords chicken never disappoints!!!!!

Though I love CFA, they are sneaky- it may be DD. When you order a $2 chicken biscuit, if you do not add the "optional" biscuit, all you get is a chicken filet. Really?
