Honestly, I'm writing this review because I am a longtime customer of Ice Cream Factory, and I feel the recent doubling of the prices is being misunderstood.
Did you know that the price of a dozen eggs has doubled since December alone? In the last five months, it quadrupled. Milk is also more expensive, albeit not as drastic. But my point is that this isn't greedy capitalism or a random price gouge. They kept the price as low as they could for as long as they could. I doubt they're making any more money than they were before with these prices. Ice cream, especially high-quality, handmade ice cream, has become incredibly expensive to make. The prices merely reflect the economic reality right now, and I imagine they will go back down once ingredients aren't spiraling in cost anymore.
I wish Ice Cream Factory the best during this tough time. I'll continue to support their business because this is the best ice cream I've ever eaten.

ice cream is good, but for eleven dollars I would sure expect that my "pint" of ice cream is actually full of ice cream. it's like opening a bag of lays potato chips.

One pint was missing from the order. They were out of stock and chose not to contact us for alternatives and cancelled one pint of ice cream, which meant everyone got ice cream except for one. Additionally, the brownie blast Pint was not completely full.
