• 2/13/24I am doing Keto and the crustless pizza is made with their homemade sausage instead of crust. It was amazing! Got the Garlic parm wings as well and they were crunchy and hot. It was a great meal! Will definitely order this when I come back to Chicago!

• 12/24/24Largely overpriced in terms of taste and quantity. Chicken Wings were practically burnt. Sizes aren't explicitly specified and is deceptive. A small thin Thin Crust Mike's Hot Honey® is like 8" for a ridiculous price and not even that tasty. Do yourselves a favor and go to a wood fire pizza place instead if you want delicious premium pizza

• 7/20/25First time trying Lou's here in the Elk Grove Village / Schaumburg area. First time trying Lou Malnati's period. Here is my honest review. About an hour wait for delivery which is understandable at one of the busiest times of the day (between 5-6pm). However, the food arrived HOT and fresh.
Chicago-Style Meatballs - These were amazing. Everything about them was delicious. Will order a side everytime.
Thin Crust Create Your Own - After reading some reviews, it seemed the spinach mix was the way to go, and it definitely was! I went with spinach mix, sausage, and Italian beef. One of the best, if not the best thin crust pizzas I've had. The spinach mix is amazing and I'm sure goes well with any variety of toppings. The sausage and the beef were outstanding in flavor. The cheese, sauce, everything was on point. Well done Lou's!
Highly recommend both the meatballs and the spinach mix. You can never go wrong with with any flavor of Italian Ice, and the strawberry one was delicious. Was very flavorful, light, and refreshing!

• 4/27/26I've always enjoyed Lou Malnati's, but today look at this picture of the lasagna, how teeny tiny it was in the container. I mean, come on let's be real. And bread with the Chicago style meatballs was hard

• 5/6/25I heard raving reviews about this place from some people living here in Chicago. I may have just gotten unlucky but there was about two inches between the crust and the contents of the pizza. Basically a 10 inch pizza for the price of a 12. I'm leaving a 3 because it's just one experience.
