• 8/30/24I had high hopes for a $15 salad. The southwest salad McDonalds used to sell was far better than this. The avocado tasted like old refrigerator and there was barely any flavor due to the scant drizzle of aioli. Dont waste your money.

• 8/18/23The Quarter container of soup was not completely full. missing 2 inches from top. Was mainly broth with litter guts. I ordered this often seems you changed the recipe. I paid $24.00 for this soup

• 1/26/23Panera does not accept instructions. Because of this, it took alot of unnecessary time to try to find which Panera my order was coming from to just simply ask for an extra salad dressing! After being on hold, trying to beat the clock with my order being completed and picked up, the girl could not locate my order (another issue-no order #!) we realized my order was not with this Panera. Back to google. Luckily, my 2nd attempt was the correct store. Such a simple remedy to alleviate a bit of stress and confusion!
The Mediterranean anean Bowl with Chicken was mediocre. It was probably 85-90% rice/quinoa. Very little arugula and chicken and an over abundance of Greek yogurt. So much so that it overpowered all of the other ingredients. Great flavors but portions need to be balanced better.

• 8/31/26I order from Panera at least once a week and every thing has always been top teir. The NEW Ultimate Garden Steak Salad that I ordered today 8/31 was absolutely the worst thing I have ever eaten. Everything was mushy, the steak tasted bad, and the veggies were slim and the onions were definately not crispy. I will not be ordering this item again.
