Now I remembered why I don't go to Panera , this location is always missing something in my order (happened multiple times) and today I was missing a sandwich. Sandwiches are made with no love , dry and barely any portions of meat. Soups have been so salty. Don't know if just this location or others ... but it does prevent me going to any other Panera bread. Also to add not a friendly staff at all

The soup was tasteful spicy, and while the the sandwich bread was very soft, the meat portion was sparse and diminutive . All were wrapped nicely with no napkins nor utensils as requested. The drink order was not added to the order(not charged for either).

For Panera, which I typical love, this new warm bow I got, the NEW Carnitas Elote Market Bowl, is terrible. Avocado is hard and chewy, and most of the arugula is wilted and old. The flavor, fantastic. The ingredients used, not fresh. Very sad, indeed. Also, Panera forgot to put my drink in the bag which is also v lame. Very unfortunate, indeed.

the worst restaurant I ever buy from the lettuce was in big chunks turn me off the Smoothie for $9 was in the smallest container with no strawStrawberry Banana Smoothie no straw
