The new ultimate garden steak salad was delicious! It was a large portion, and everything was fresh. I'm picky about my ranch, so I picked a different one on the side just in case . I was pleasantly surprised. The special ranch went great!

Item quality went out the window on the bbq chicken sandwich, it was really unappetizing. It was basically a baguette with a small amount of sauce and maybe 1/4 cup of chicken shavings, and most of the cheese was melted off the sides.

Order was incomplete. The large broccoli soup ($15) was not included. The teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl had a great taste but was upside down and the sauce was all over the inside of the delivery bag. The volume of food in the chicken and broccoli bowl was very minimal. Overall this order was not even close to the high standards to which I am used to from Panera Bread.

Typically I love the bagels and smoothies from Panera, but the bagels today were over-cooked and so chewy they couldn't be torn apart by hand. The smoothies tasted like the blender still had remnants of coffee in it when the smoothies were blended. Not horrible, but not the normal high quality.

$20 bucks for romaine lettuce and very little actual adornments is crazy. If all I wanted was lettuce I could get that flavor with a fresh head from the grocery store. I don't want to order from Panera again.
