Love their Roasted Barley milk tea w/ boba. Drinks are more than reasonable:)
Place is clean. Restroom in the back also clean. The restaurant next door is under same ownership.

Great prices. Every other milk tea/ boba place seems to overprice their drinks. I personally don't think milk tea  and boba drinks should cost over $9 like I see everywhere else.
