Order from here 2-3 times a month same thing usually good but last couple times they sent  1/4 cup of burnt un edible hash browns that were almost black. Order side of large gravy got a thimble full. Called to talk to a manager and (Britney? On phone) wanted to argue with me?!! Telling me that The meal was ok and how they portion it the same Really?  Ever heard of customer service?  Looks village inn  will be getting my business again.

Normally Randy's is exceptional. We have ordered numerous times and have always had great meals, but it all went wrong today. The French toast was fine, but the Greener Supreme had very little green chili and the hashbrowns were severely undercooked. The Steak and Eggs dish was inedible. We ordered medium rare and it was raw. Not even rare, but raw. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and the hashbrowns were undercooked. The biscuit and gravy was fine.  The Huevos  Rancheros had crusty refried beans and lacked green chili and the hashbrowns were overcooked and crunchy. Strange. I hate to leave a bad review, but we were terribly disappointed and thought they should know what went wrong.

Wish they would've made it more clear that Chili cheese Fries   come with a heaping pile of tomatoes on top...or made it an option to remove them. Didn't notice them in the picture, and its not in the description. Not too bad if you like tomatoes though.

The Ham and cheese was fine, the country benedict was over cooked and the eggs were hard cooked. Only half the order was correct which is irritating.
