I ordered the Cheeseburger with the ingredients I wanted. (It was buy one & get one. YAY!) The beef patties were well seasoned & properly grilled. The other ingredients were tasty & fresh.
Regular Fries were a bit salty & greasy & disappointing.

the burger was no bigger than a quarterpounder from McDonald's, for that price you'd expect a little more than what you get,I'd rather get a burger from portillos and pay 3/4s the price for a burger thats actually satisfying, no wonder you get a pound of fries

The cheeseburgers are too die for! And the meat and ingredients are always fresh. I will definitely be ordering again. I also love their Cajun fries

My burger was cold with non melted cheese and cold grilled onions. I know I asked for lettuce wrapped but they should be packaged separately to avoid making the entire burger gross :(
