Angelina Scornavacco established the "gardens" at the corner of Railway and Washington Avenues, and they immediately became a convenient and welcoming stop. Ten years later, Tony and Ellen Scornavacco…
Pizza was fantastic. Best thin crust around. Spaghetti very good. Meat sauce a little sweet but nice flavor. Salad a joke for $7. A couple of pieces of iceberg lettuce, single small tomato, cucumber, quarter of hard boiled egg. Even for a house salad this was embarrassing. Their Italian house dressing was good.

Delivery was fine, but food was not good at all. Salad had canned beets, chewy walnuts, wilted lettuce. Minestrone was oily and only half-filled. Chicken Calabrese was fine, but overcooked and nothing worth ordering again. Quite a disappointment.

The food is terrible. Pizza sauce is way too sweet. The linguini and clams came with sauce options. When you choose a white sauce for linguini and clams the obvious prep is a white wine sauce. This was alfredo. Absolutely inedible.

Chicken parm on your in-house menu is $32. Why the discrepancy in pricing to charge $40 for carry out? We are regular customers at the restaurant. The meal in the restaurant includes a side salad and bread. Was disappointed that not even a piece of bread was included with the 2 entrees and a soup we ordered. Just sayin’
