The spicy chicken tenders are so crispy and delicious, probably the best chicken tenders there is among the fast food restaurants in Winchester.

Your Cajun fries are never hot nor crispy - very limp unless you eat them in the store I guess! Also, I have been a customer for years and the sizes of the chicken pieces has certainly decreased. But, I still order becsuse of the crispness of the chicken!

There is barely any meat in the chicken tenders! Mostly just crust! You pay so much money just to barely get what you paid for!

The whole meal was old. The chicken wasn't fresh, Mac and cheese had globs of old dry cheese, and the biscuits were dry and hard. I guess it was food that sat out all day. I love Popeyes, but if you're not getting their food at 10 am, don't worry about getting any at all

I don’t know why I keep giving Popeyes another chance. Every single time I order from this location through DoorDash, the food is cold, old, and stale. Today was no different.
I ordered two Blackened Ranch wraps, and they looked like they were just thrown together. The chicken was cold and definitely didn’t taste fresh. The fries were cold and old too.
And before anyone says it was the Dasher, it wasn’t. He came straight here with no extra stops. The food left the restaurant that way.
At this point, it doesn’t matter what time of day I order. The food is never hot, never fresh, and never worth the money. This location seriously needs to do better.
