Listen... I order a lot of mexican food. This place is TOP notch. Everything was plated beautifully. The ACP is absolutely delicious. The tamale is so moist. Frijoles Charros are excellent. Salsa is a little on the spicy side for a freebie, but - free. Nicely done, Blue Agave.

Grandma's Chicken Soup was exactly what I needed after a long drive on a cold night! Flavorful and tasty with just the right seasonings. I ordered a small, which was enough for two servings for me.
The Enchiladas Supreme entree was topped with a good amount of fresh lettuce, tomato and sour cream. The enchiladas were a little nicely crispy on the ends and not overly spicy, which is the way I like them. Would definitely order again!

Very best food in Asheville! They always make each dish as ordered and will accommodate special requests !My husband and I are vegetarian which they have many options. Make sure to get the chips and salsa. Hands down best in town. Awesome place to order for kids when you aren't feeling like cooking- "my go to ".

All around disappointing order. Three pieces of hot lettuce buried beneath hot steak is not a salad. Small portion. Cheesecake was ridiculous for $8.99.

Agua de Horchata was the best horchata i have ever had in my entire life.
Chimichangas were very good, they put the queso on the side for my doordash order which i really appreciated! tasted very fresh.
