The fried mushrooms arrived hot and crispy, which was a great start. I opened the container right away to keep them from steaming, but after sitting briefly they did lose some crispness. A quick minute or two in the air fryer brought them right back, though, so the texture held up reasonably well overall. The breading was flavorful and enjoyable.
The antipasto salad was a decent portion size, but a bit underwhelming in execution. It was missing cucumbers entirely despite being shown in the menu photos, and the bell peppers were diced so small that they were barely noticeable. There also seemed to be a light hand with the olives and protein—very little salami and not much ham. Offering customization options, such as adding extra protein or adjusting ingredients, would really improve the value and overall experience.
The chicken tenders and fries had some inconsistencies. The fries were overly dry, though the generous amount of ketchup helped compensate. The tenders themselves—both hot and lemon pepper—had decent flavor, but were noticeably dry, especially the lemon pepper since it lacked sauce. They also seemed more like formed chicken patties rather than whole chicken tenders, which affected the texture. The ranch dressing didn’t quite hit the mark either; it was very thick and had a muted flavor, almost as if it had been mixed with sour cream. A thinner, more traditional ranch would have paired better with the meal.
The tiramisu was a good portion size and packaged well, but leaned more toward a pudding-like consistency rather than a balanced dessert. It could have used more ladyfingers for texture and structure.
On the positive side, the order included all necessary utensils, condiments, and a reasonable amount of dressing, which made things convenient. Service was fast and efficient, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a solid experience with some enjoyable elements, but there are a few areas—particularly ingredient balance, texture consistency, and customization options—that could be improved. I would consider ordering again for the convenience and speed, but based on the taste and execution this time, I’d be a bit hesitant and would likely think twice before reordering.
