Cheese Fries were delivered with the sauce on the side, so the fries were not soggy. Good job as always.

the Oreo milkshake did not taste right. the Reese's peanut butter cup tasted fine but the Oreo had nearly little to no taste whatsoever. also had a fruity smell? very odd

Let me preface with the fact that I have not once had a good experience at Steak N' Shake of Morton; this time was unsuprisingly no different. The first and most jarring thing that I noticed was the dirtiness of both the employees and of the restaurant. From what little view I had peeking into the restaurant from sitting in my car by the drive through window, I was able to see nothing but pure filth and disgust. The employee helping me appeared shaggy and unkept; like they hadn't had a shower in days. I don't even know if they actually worked there because they weren't wearing a uniform. Don't get me started on the wait; 10+ minutes for a couple milkshakes that I had ordered before I even got to the store?! The milkshakes tasted foul; like they had been made with old ingredients and the straw they gave us were some of the most useless pieces of eco-friendly cardboard I have ever had the dissatisfaction of putting my my mouth. All-in-all this was an awful experience that should shape your opinion before you decide to order from this "restaurant". I am very disappointed.

No silverware, no toppings with the Chili 5-Way, huge amount of mayonnaise on the burger, made it inedible

Soggy fries, bun on burger was hard? My grilled cheese didnt have melted cheese it tasted like it's been sitting out for 30+ minutes
