I special ordered the Pit Salmon medium rare, knowing that the carry over heat would cook it to perfection while the driver was delivering to me. It was perfect!! You can fix it when it's too rare, but overdone is a total loss with Salmon. Arnies always does a stellar job following instructions and cooking! Kudos to the line cooks here and the expediter for making sure the meals are up to Annie's high standards! I've never had a bad meal, or been disappointed!

The food is stellar! Well worth the prices. The Caesarsqlad was cold and fresh as it should be! The bronzed salmon was delicious! Key lime pie was okay, it had been packed under the hot salmon so was very warm. Prefer a cool pie.

The pit roasted salmon, Calamari and Prime Rib Dip* were delicious and cooked perfectly even though we are a 20-30 min. drive from Arbie's.

For the calimari, portion & size of the pieces is ridiculously small. It is tasteless! French dip is consistently good.

Alaskan Cod and Chips were good but oily. Should have been wrapped for delivery. Northwest Seafood Fettuccine was very tasty after draining off 1/2 cup of sauce.
