• 3/21/26I don't understand how I go from getting a really good chai to just get cups of steamed milk. It's happened twice this week. I just want to be able to enjoy a drink that I pay $15 to have delivered. Seems like some serious training needs to be redone.

• 9/23/23The chai tea is too much chai concentrated and has a odd sour taste to it. The coffee didn't come with the cloud foam like I had ordered and has little to no flavor. Drinks from Dunkins would be better than these two.
