I always order this dish. Tonight, the rice is hard and undercooked , it is missing the green sauce, and the cook just covered the entire dish in sour cream

The order was for my son, and he enjoyed the food. I picked up the food, and the young lady who gave me my food was rude. And I am not sure why.
