The sandwich I got had its bottom bun all soggy that it almost made my meal inedible and the Mac and cheese was watery. The ham is little too sweet in my opinion that it overpowered the sandwich, but that's not their fault. I was just expecting more with the money I'm spending, especially when I can go to subway for a sandwich I like and for cheaper.

I LOVE Firehouse, but we would at LEAST like the ability to customize each sandwich...Blanket toppings are not for everyone

New York steamer meat was grizzly fat every bite! I couldn't even chew any of it. The macaroni was over cooked and mush.
