I ordered the fish and chips, and they were excellent! Mouthwatering and packed with savory flavor—absolutely perfect for satisfying a big appetite. Highly recommend!

Whoever made the Aldeen Sandwich this time was on fire. The meat was good and fresh. It actually tasted like it had been in the grill. They didn't skimp on meat or BBQ sauce. It's the best one I have had so far.

I order this often and usually like it. The bread and meat were burnt. They grilled the slices of tri-tip, so it wasn't dry with burnt patches. Try-tip should only be browned on the edges, anyway. They usually provide condiment options for no charge. They weren't there, so I requested it in the comments. I think it's garlic aioli (which is white). I also requested ranch dressing on the side. I have always gotten ranch whether I request it or not and have never been charged for that either. I was charged for both. $1.09 for a little smear of orange aioli? In the very center of the sandwich. What was even worse is there was no barbecue sauce and that's included! They were also out of fries and canceled my previous order and placed it again with oily sidewinders without asking. They may have charged extra for those too, because they cost more than fries. I don't know. At the very least, be consistent. Maybe it's a new chef, but something needs to be addressed. I like this place. I'd like to be able to continue to.

I order this all the time and I really like it. Not this time. Maybe a new chef? It was completely watered down. There was an actual puddle of liquid at the bottom. Very little flavor and no longer creamy.
For some reason, the container was lined with paper. Which may not otherwise be an issue, but the paper was sticking out of the container and prevented it from sealing, They didn't package the bread separately either, so that was soggy.

The dish tasted really good. But for the price there could have been a third piece of fish. Fries were good. The coleslaw was a little bland. Not enough dressing.
