The best is their PALABOK!!! I like the cheesy ensaymada and the ube ensaymada, the bread is so moist.

Pancit Palabok - Individual was very tasty and fresh. Sufficient sauce. New Ube Ensaimada was tasty too. Although I wasn't too fond of the shredded cheese on top of it.

One of my favorites to get when I go to Red Ribbon. The Spicy Chicken Empanada - Individual has really good flavors! Not too spicy and the pastry part has the best flaky to soft texture ratio.

I love the Brazo de Mercedes Roll, it's still delicious, the bakeshop's best.
My first time to taste the Ube Flan Cake Slice and it's not for me. I could hardly taste the Ube.
