It almost felt like an old food like made 2 days ago. Frozen and difficult to chew specially pizza. Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich was mushed and sandwich tasted really bad. Sandwich didn't felt fresh either and not the same taste as we used to get in dunwoody Einstein bro bagel store. Pizza Bagel Cheese also need lot of attention. That was worse

I have ordered the Nova lox brunch special at minimum three times this week alone. Today was the first day that whoever prepared the food put less than half of the salmon on the bagels than the other times this week. This is unacceptable. The amount of salmon given should be the same every time. If you're going to cut the amount of salmon in half then you should adjust the price accordingly.

The orange juice had a sticker on the straw part which didn't come off and the orange juice was watered down. The sandwich was flimsy and barely any brisket on it. There was only one hash brown and not two like I ordered and everything was basically smashed. I wish I could get my money back honestly. However the dasher was nice and came in a timely manner

The All Nighter sandwich in the Brunch Box for Two was made well, though it wasn't made with the specified Cheesy Hasbrown bagel, but rather a Plain bagel, but it still tasted very good. And the twice baked hash brown was also very good. But the Blueberry muffin tasted barely cooked and was overly soft. At a contrast, the one Cinnamon Sugar bagel that we did receive was very over-toasted and some pieces seemed like a pita chip, rather than a bagel. The other Single Bagel with Shmear was supposed to be a Cinnamon Sugar bagel as well, but was replaced by a Plain bagel, but wasn't over-toasted.

The sandwich was amazing as always! I used to eat them in college. Their Heavenly Chocolate Chip Cookie is my favorite cookie of all time!
