• 8/1/26Grilled cheese was not grilled enough to even melt the cheese - very disappointing! Missing chips. Soup was delicious and hot! Turkey Bravo sandwich was delicious. Will order again but maybe avoid certain items.

• 5/11/25Ciabatta bread too thick & dry, bacon not fully cooked, cheese had no taste, more is required, and size is too small.
Bagels were sliced unevenly. Bring back the onion/garlic cream cheese.

• 10/18/24Sandwich was good, the Iced Madagascar Vanilla Latte was nasty doesn't give you the options to add sugar or any flavor plus when given to me there is no type of sticker or anything to cover the hole at top of the cup. Was giving a cookie in replace of the Pecan Braid but realized the Pecan Braid is more than the cookie. They could have given something that was around the same cost.
