pass on the Tuna Crudo. It was not tender, had multiple pieces of sinew, and the flavors just did not work together. However, I'm a huge fan of the hot quail. Watermelon Gazpacho was a little small for the price; it wasn't even 3/4 of a cup. I normally love this place, but this order just didn't hit the mark like usual.

Billy Can Can is awesome. We survived the pandemic because of them. Jagerschnitzel, Quail, Wild Boar Lasagna & Little Gem Caesar, whatever we ordered was perfect ... we got to visit in person during the Kentucky Derby & Maverick mayhem. They did not disappoint. Everyone there deserves a big pat on the pack and a big tip, if you are so inclined!!!
